Great lighting, ocean views, translucent water – who wouldn’t be excited to stay at the Hotel Portonovo Plaza in Puerto Rico? All the romance of a tropical location and the bonus of a rooftop pool…
But as they say at oyster.com, beware the art of the pool crop! Because what the hotel’s photo didn’t show was the proximity of the building next door, the rather ‘mini’ size of the pool and that the cement rooftop doesn’t exactly scream “bring me a cocktail while I relax.”
However, there is an ocean view … if you can bear to stay in this unappealing space long enough to enjoy it!
